The names used are those as seen on the present Ordnance Survey maps. This allows the feature to be located, studied and compared with on earlier OS maps. However, the use of a name, as given on the map, is not a verification of correctness. The text of both areas will be found in Welsh and in English, these can be downloaded as PDF files and kept as required. These text sections will be updated periodically depending on changes and alterations; other mountain areas or info sections will be added as and when.

To view the text, head for the menu bar at the top of the page and choose which area and which language you want to use.

3. Each area grouping can be browsed or downloaded as a Pdf file.
4. Once downloaded one can use a Pdf viewer and a text search should be available (convert the file if it doesn't allow search). A searchable website will be developed.
